JamOutList does not require user accounts and does not collect, transmit, store, sell, or share personal information.

Data stored locally on your device
The following information is stored exclusively on your device:
- Entry names, links and icons
- Groups and organizational structures
- Layout and appearance preferences
- Local usage counters required for app functionality
This information remains under your control and is not accessible to us.
2. iCloud sync (optional Pro feature)
If enabled by the user, data can be synchronized through Apple's iCloud services.
The synchronized data is stored within the user's personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple's privacy policies.
We do not have access to, visibility into, or control over any data stored in iCloud.
3. In-app purchases
JamOutList uses Apple's StoreKit framework for processing in-app purchases.
All payment transactions are handled directly by Apple. We do not receive payment card information, banking details, billing information, or other payment-related personal data.
We only receive information necessary to determine whether a purchase entitlement is active.
4. Website hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH (Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin).
When visiting this website, technical information may automatically be transmitted by your browser to the hosting server.
